OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE TOTAL AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE PRODUCTS OR SERVICES GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.
This limitation does not apply to damages caused by our gross negligence, willful misconduct, or violations of applicable consumer protection laws (e.g., the Federal Trade Commission Act or state consumer protection statutes).
10. Indemnification

Before initiating any legal action, you agree to attempt to resolve disputes informally by contacting us at vcoxno@gmail.com to describe the issue. We will respond within 2-3 business days and work with you to find a mutually acceptable solution.
13.2 Arbitration (if applicable)
If the dispute cannot be resolved informally, and judgment on the award may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.
13.3 Exceptions
Nothing in this section prevents you from filing a claim with a government agency (e.g., the Federal Trade Commission or a state attorney general’s office) or from seeking injunctive relief in a court of law to protect your rights under consumer protection laws.
14. General Provisions
Governing Law: These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Vcoxno, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
Waiver: Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that provision.
Entire Agreement: These Terms and our Privacy Policy constitute the entire agreement between you and Vcoxno regarding the Services, superseding all prior or contemporaneous agreements.
Force Majeure: We shall not be liable for any failure to perform due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control (e.g., natural disasters, wars, strikes, or government regulations).
